Position: Assistant Spa Manager (NOC 60040)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Afternoon, Flexible hours
Hourly Wage: $29.00 - $35.00
Number of vacancies: 1
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 4345 Dunbar St, Vancouver, BC V6S 2G2
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assistant Spa Owner in overseeing daily operation and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise spa staff, coordinate their working schedules and manage appointments efficiently
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock of spa supplies
• Conduct market research and assist in planning and executing promotional activities to increase client traffic and drive sales.
• Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent product availability
• Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner
• Hire, train and monitor spa staff performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Other administrative and management tasks assigned by the Spa Owner
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• College diploma;
• Additional training/certificate in a related field as an asset
• 1-2 years experience in the beauty or retail industry
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
• Client focus, Team player, Flexibility; Judgement, Reliability
