Job Description Zinco Transport Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Team Leader to oversee our long-haul, cross-border transportation operations across Canada and the U.S. The successful candidate will lead a team of dispatchers and logistics coordinators, manage driver schedules, and ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulations. This role involves real-time load planning, performance monitoring, and the use of digital freight platforms such as DAT, Loadlink, Truckstop, and Switchboard TMS.

The Logistics Team Leader must be capable of making operational decisions independently, coordinating with drivers and shippers, resolving delivery issues, and continuously optimizing routing, safety, and productivity.
