Job Description • Coordinate staff work schedule and supervise food service staff activities
• Order food supplies and other restaurant products
• Coach staff in working skills , job duties and compliance with health and safety procedures
• Inspect food quality and ensure consistent quality standards
• Assist in hiring bakers, food servers and other staff and suggest policies and procedures
• Participate in creating food menus and estimate operation costs
• Keep track of inventory and take out sales order
• Ordering repairment of restaurant equipment
