Job Details 169 Teaco Ltd. o/a Tealive is looking for a full time Head Baker for 7-1547 Merivale Rd, Ottawa, ON, K2G3J4. There is 1 position available.

Hours of work are 30 hours per week (overtime paid after 44 hours/week). Pay is $53,500 annually. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed secondary school. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience.

Job Description Main duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

-Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
-Bake mixed doughs and batters
-Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
-Ensure quality of products meets established standards
-Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
-Purchase baking supplies
-Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
-Hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
-Experience as a chocolatier
