Job Description:
Education required is College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Medium of communication is English. Experience required 2 to 3 years minimum. Work must be completed at the physical location OR assigned client location. There is no option to work remotely. Working conditions require Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Bending, crouching, kneeling, weight handling, working at heights and include Fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, Work under pressure.
As electronic and instrumentation field technician, the job involves medical equipment installation, repair and replacement for hospital beds, tubs, bathing systems and Generic Medical Devices & Equipment.

Job Requirements:
The tasks include
Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair; Install electronic equipment; Repair electronic equipment; Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies; Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools; Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults; Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning; Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies; Calibrate products using hand tools; Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports; Prepare cost estimates; Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians; Read blueprints and drawings; Provide customer service; Install medical equipment using various hand tools.
Personal suitability skills include Client focus, Reliability, Flexibility, Team player, Values and ethics.
Knowledge of MS OFFICE tools for basic use.
