Job Details 826167 Alberta Ltd. o/a Bar 4T Ranch is seeking two (2) Cattle Ranch Foreman/woman for their 200077 Range Road 124, Patricia, Alberta location. Cattle and hay. Rural area, remote location. English-speaking workplace.

Wage: $25.00/hour
Education: Basic
Experience: 3 years

Duties: Receive new cattle (tag, vaccinate). Maintain accurate cattle records, quality control, and production records. Check cattle for illness and injuries. Pull and treat with medications. Record all procedures. Monitor the calving process and notify the vet if any problems. Supervise and instruct general farm workers. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and biosecurity procedures. Ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed. Supervise and instruct the harvesting workers (Haying). Instruct general farm workers on cultivating and irrigating hay. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Fertilize and spray hay crops. Meet with Foreman and owners to review work completed and work to be completed. Supervise, monitor, and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health and welfare. General ranch duties as required.
