Gros Morne Gas Bar is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Self-Serve Gas Bar Cashiers. This role requires working on-site at our gas bar location.

Responsibilities:
Operate cash register and electronic payment machines (Interac machine, price scanner)
Process payments (cash, cheques, credit/debit)
Scan items and calculate daily/shift payments, reconciling with total sales
Stock shelves and maintain a clean counter area
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Verify age when selling restricted products (lottery tickets, alcohol, tobacco)

Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Asset but not required
Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic cash register, Interac machine, and price scanner
Personal Attributes: Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and dependability
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
