Job duties:
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Schedule schedules,assign tasks,and supervise staff performance.
• Direct staff with regards to their daily duties to ensure proper customer service and sales targets.
• Set sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to track progress, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve issues that may arise,including customer requests,complaints and supply shortages
• Provide training to staff in their job duties when required.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Maintain records of stock,expenses, repairs,and sales.
• Encourage all employees to meet revenue targets and monitor and plan expenses

Job Description Job Requirements:
Completion of high school education is required.
Knowledge of English language is required.
At least one year of previous work experience in a similar field.
