Job Details Sibwest Inc. is looking for full time Senior Construction Worker at 12/13 – 80 Roysun Rd, Woodbridge, Ontario, L4L 8L8. There is 1 position available.

Hours of work are 32 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Pay is $34.07/hour (Overtime rate of $51.10 after 44 hours per week). Successful candidates must speak English. Secondary education is required and 5 years hands on experience is required.

Job Description Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction such as mixers, compressors and pumps
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Supervise apprentices and other construction workers
• Ability to set up wall forms, deck panels and fly-forms and concrete forming
• Communicate and problem-solve well with others and strive for quality outcomes
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
