Johnston Fence Contracting Inc. is seeking a Fence Installation Supervisor to lead field operations at various outdoor and construction-based worksites. The successful candidate will supervise 5 to 10 fence erectors, oversee project execution, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and schedule site activities
- Supervise workers and projects across multiple locations
- Estimate project costs and requisition materials
- Set up machines and equipment as needed
- Prepare production and progress reports
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide on-site instruction and leadership

**Requirements:**
- Completion of secondary school
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and organizational ability
- Ability to work under pressure in noisy and dusty environments
- Must be a team player with high reliability
