Job Details As a Manager of Guest Experience, you will be responsible for driving Guests to restaurant, leveraging our scale, and ensuring Guests come back. With your strong restaurant experience, solid leadership and proven team building skills, you will also be responsible for hiring and leading trained, focused and engaged Associates, delivering on our promise of the Perfect Guest Experience.

Duties include.

* Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
* Maintain standards for product & service quality, restaurant cleanliness & speed of service.
* Ensure guest service in all areas meets company standards.
* Respond to customer complaints, taking prompt & appropriate action to resolve problem and
ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
* Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash
control.
* Assist in optimizing profits by controlling product & labor costs.
* Communicate and oversee the execution of product promotions.
* Staff, train and develop hourly employees through hiring, orientations, ongoing feedback, establishment of performance expectations & by conducting performance reviews.
* Prepare hourly employee schedules to meet the staffing requirements for each day part as determine by the GM.
* Expected to exercise good judgment in decision-making & reporting issues to the Manager.

Employment Requirements:

- Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
- - Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
