Transferable Skills and Related Experience
• No experience is required to start as an entry level landscaper
• Outdoors or physical work experience is an asset
• Ability to walk 15,000+ steps a day and lift up to 50 pounds (as needed)

• Smartphone with data plan
• Willingness to commute to sites within the Lower Mainland
• Language of work: basic English
Working Conditions: Full-time Permanent position, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM @ various property locations around Metro Vancouver. Commutes are to be expected.

Job Description
As a Landscaper, you would receive regular on-the-job training from your crew Supervisor and/or Lead Hand to support your skills development and to build your landscaping knowledge.
Grow your skills and confidence from a beginner to expert through practice, feedback, and continuous learning. The probationary period is a total of 110 working days. Your typical duties & responsibilities could include:
• Lawn mowing
• Line and blade edging
• Leaf Blowing (solo & tandem)
• Shearing
• Pruning
• Bedwork
• Weeding
• Litter pick up
• Tarp tying
• Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment (lawn mower, leaf blowers, shears)
