Position: Prep Cook (Full-time, Permanent)

Wage: $15-$17 per hour (to be negotiated)

Working hours: 35-40 hours per week (min 30 hours)

Working location: 2010 - 6060 Minoru Blvd, Richmond, BC V6Y 2V7

Benefit: 14 days of paid vacation after 1 year

Duties, which will include but not limited to:

-   Prepare Sushi, Sashimi, and other Japanese Dishes

-   Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

-   Maintain food and equipment inventories

-   Clean, cut, carve, season, cook, and arrange portions of food

-   Ensure that food safety regulations are respected

-   Estimate food quantities required and order food

Job Requirements:

-   Completion of secondary school education

-   Completion of a community college program in Cook or food and Beverage field

or
Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required
