Job Title: Prep Cook

Employer: Mr. Sushi Lonsdale Inc.

Working Location: 105-107 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 2E7

Employment Status: Permanent, Full-time 40 hours per week (minimum 30 hours per week) 

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation fee

Wage: $16.00 to $18.00 / per hour (to be negotiated) 

Position Available: 1

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to our specifications. 

- Handle daily food quality, quantity control.

- Maintain inventory and records of foods, supplies and temperature of fridges.

- Keep the kitchen and work area clean all the time.

- Uphold and maintain food safety, high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.

Qualification:

- Completion of secondary school education is required.

- Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or minimum 1 year of commercial cooking experience are required.

- Basic in English is a must.
