Duties:

-          Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of construction trades people,

-          Train or arrange for training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies,

-          Monitor performance of sub-contractors and staff,

-          Monitor project budget,

-          Set up equipments,

-          Accomplishing projects by defining the scope and resources required,

-          Establish methods to meet work schedules,

-          Order materials and supplies,

-          Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,

-          Co-ordinate and schedule activities of construction workers engaged in bricklaying, roofing and ,drywall installation,

-          Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity,

Education and Skills Requirements:

-          3-5 years of work experience are required,

-        Completion of Secondary school is required.
