StepUp Auto Ltd. is looking for a permanent fulltime bookkeeper to join us.
Job description
· Perform bookkeeping duties including data entry, accounts payables, accounts receivables, cheque preparations, invoice review and preparation.
· Prepare weekly financial reports and correspondence for internal or external review
· Prepare staff’s T4 remittance statement, payroll & government returns and remittances and payments
· Create and reconcile monthly bank statements to accounting records
· Create and prepare accurate annual financial statements
· Maintain financial records and filing
· Prepare and present budget reports as needed
Qualification
· College diploma is required
· 2 years of working experience as a bookkeeper or financial related position is required
· Ability to prioritize tasks
· Excellent attention to detail

Wage/Hour: $23.50/hour 35hous/week
