Rhythm Chinese Restaurant is looking for a permanent fulltime Restaurant Manager to join us.

Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC code: 0631)

Wage: $20/hour

Working Hour: 40 hours/week

Location:302 Fifth St, Nanaimo,BC

Job duties:

?   Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate restaurant’s daily operations

?   Set targets and incentives to increase turnover and profitability of restaurant

?   Keep a daily tracking of the expenses to keep the costs under control

?   Maintain operations by implementing policies and standard operating procedures

?   Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met

?   Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures

?   Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service

?   Recruit, select, and train new staffs

Job requirements?

?   Completion of college or above is required

?   At least 1-year restaurant manager experience

?   Excellent communication and customer service skills

?   Excellent interpersonal skills
