Job Duties:

- Supervise staff including hiring and training employees, assigns work & Schedules, and performance evaluations

- Provides customer services and specialized information regarding merchandising products and laws, policies, and procedures governing liquor related issues

- Resolves potential confrontational issues when dealing with intoxicated individuals, shop lifters or those attempting to obtain products illegally

- Implements work procedures and priorities, and recommends changes to polices

- Monitor sales and inventory trends to forecast sales and maintain adequate stock levels

- Oversees in store merchandise such as payouts, promotions and displays

- Handles complaints or resolves problems for a diverse group of custom
