Resolve nail arts services related problems; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies for nail arts services; Prepare and submit progress and other reports for nail arts services; Perform nail arts services if required; Monitor quality and production levels of nail arts services; Establish work schedules and procedures for nail arts services; Assist clients/guests with special needs for nail arts services; Train nail technicians in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of nail technicians
