Position: Motel Managing Supervisor

Wage: $20.70 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

- Lead and direct the team to ensure the smooth operation of motel functions and customer services

- Supervise the record of guests in and out, taking reservations, and dealing with phone enquiries

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service

- Order equipment and supplies when needed, in order to prevent any potential shortage of inventory

- Ensure optimal operation of computer systems, equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work

- Hire and train staffs, or arrange for training of staffs in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
