Coal Creek Farms Ltd. has an immediate opening for 1 (one) Farm Supervisor.

The candidate’s duties include: 

·         Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations;

·         Develop work schedules and establish procedures;

·         Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed;

·         Maintain quality control and production records;

·         Apply herbicides;

·         Use precision farming technology;

·         Must perform general farm duties.

Requirements:

• Basic farm knowledge, some background in operating machinery will be an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required
   

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Machinery operations.

Work sites: Year round work, Outdoors, wet/damp/rain, hot/cold.

Minimum Education: Secondary School.
