Location: 1533 Robson st. Vancouver, BC V6G 1C3

Working hours : 30~40 hours per week, may have to work overtime if needed

Wage : $22.80~$23.50 per hour (based on experience)

Job type : Full-time, Permanent

Benefit: 4% of vacation pay (depending on previous experience and training, salaries may vary)

Expectations:

• Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon profit
• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behaviour and customer intake procedures
  
• Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance
• Provide all services offered by the salon, which includes hair cutting, styling and colouring, etc.
  
• Role model/coach for consistent quality & excellent customer service
• Recruit & train salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations
• Create a weekly schedule, based on Customer flow
• Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
• Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items
