Job duties

·         Perform video and audio editing of wedding events and music videos based on story sequence and continuity.

·         Edit various video projects and insert sound effects, visual effects, music and transitions using software like Final cut pro X or Adobe premiere pro.

·         Ensure music used in the videos is not copyrighted unless company has the authorization to use it from its owner

·         Continuously monitor and implement new editing technologies such as editing tools, editing applications/software to maximize efficiency.

·         Maintain original data and backup files in different hard drives

·         Communicating with clients to ensure the film is edited as per their specifications.

Job Requirements

·         Completion of diploma in film editing or at least one year of work experience in a similar field is required

·         Knowledge of English language is required

·         Knowledge about using software like Adobe after Effects, Final Cut Pro X, motion graphics etc will be an asset.

·         Minimum high school education is required.
