Duties/Responsibility:

  1)      Supervise and coordinate activities of employees engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments by air freight;

   2)      Study shipping notices, invoices, orders, export & import customs and other records to determine shipping priorities for air transportation;

   3)      Schedule methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules and ensure on-time delivery of orders;

   4)      Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure all partners in supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to perform smooth operations;

   5)      Inspect loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications based on air carrier;

   6)      Ensure proper packaging and placement of goods;

   7)      Monitor compliance to company safety guidelines as well as policies and procedures;
