Salary: 31.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Location: Calgary Alberta ( 3 vacancies)

Anticipated start date: as soon as possible

Tasks
Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement; Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification; Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools; Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures; Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures; Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities; Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress; Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates; Read blueprint, schemas and drawings; Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control

Supervision
Ability to supervise 5-10 people

Landscaping experience
Commercial and/or industrial construction
