Responsibilities:
• Review and implement new administrative processes to ensure efficient office operations.
• Set work priorities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to established procedures.
• Handle daily office activities, ensuring smooth workflow and addressing any administrative needs.
• Plan and coordinate office services, including managing office space, equipment, supplies, security, and asset disposal.
• Collect and organize data to create reports, manuals, and company correspondence.
• Perform accurate data entry for maintaining records and tracking office activities.
• Oversee administrative procedures to ensure they are followed consistently across the office.
• Write and edit promotional materials and marketing content for company communications, including articles for website and WeChat
• Support the company’s online marketing efforts by managing website promotions and e-commerce activities.
• Provide information to clients about the company's services, including pricing and offerings, in a professional manner.
• Other duties requested.
Qualification:
• Completion of a college diploma is required.
• At least one year of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a business or accounting environment.
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with data entry and compiling reports.
• Experience with online marketing, website management, or e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems efficiently.
