Job Description Job Description and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook complete meals according to recipes
Set up cooking line for food service
Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized according to procedure including equipment, food storage and work areas according to daily and weekly schedules
Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures including HACCP logs, as required, appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all food items
Store food and leftovers according to established standards
Coordinate daily food supply inventory of stations and submit orders to supervisor
Assist with receipt of deliveries
Assist with orientation of new employees in their work area
Ensure smooth operations in absence of supervisor
Dishwashing as needed

Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school required.
Completion of trade certificate or formal culinary education preferred.
At least two years of experience as a cook.
Positive attitude and team player and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
