Job Description CCC MOTORS is now actively searching for a Used Car Sales/Finance Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
-Desk vehicle sales deals
-Work with the Service admin to ensure quick preparation of used vehicles for delivery
-Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
-Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved Prime or Sub-Prime.

Qualifications:
Strong leadership abilities
Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
A passion for customer service
Positive Can-do Attitude
Experience in auto sales preferred
Two (2) years of management experience
Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Valid OMVIC License preferred
