Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: A college diploma in a field related such as human resources management, business administration, or commerce is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a Human Resources related role is required.
Hybrid: Work must be completed both in person and remotely. Must be in the office at least three times a week.
Tasks/ Job Duties: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements; Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counseling; Prepare and post notices and advertisements; Collect and screen applicants; Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures; Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures; Supervise staff performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties; Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment; Review candidate inventories; Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews; Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers; Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures; Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training; Recruit and hire staff.
