Job Details Pho Minh Vietnamese Cuisine is a restaurant offering Dine in, take out and delivery services. Our Mission is to Deliver authentic Vietnamese Cuisine to surrounding communities!

Currently, we are looking for 2 Kitchen Helpers to join our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 800 Pine Rd #110G, Strathmore, AB T1P 0A2. The wage will be $15.00 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.

Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation of key Vietnamese dishes such as pho, spring rolls, and banh mi, following chefs' instructions.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, including counters, floors, and storage areas, throughout the workday.
• Keep track of ingredient and supply levels, notifying the kitchen manager of any shortages.
• Regularly empty and clean waste containers to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
