Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
Oversee the work of kitchen staff and helpers.
Keep inventory and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Clean the kitchen and work areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Manage overall kitchen operations.
