Job Duties:
• Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of clerks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products;
• Maintain inventories of materials, parts, and products, ensuring accurate records;
• Process purchasing transactions and coordinate production work to meet export schedules;
• Dispatch crews and schedule transportation crews and routes efficiently;
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies, procedures, standards, and regulations, and participate in their improvement;
• Resolve various problems and complaints, implementing corrective measures and process improvements;
• Train workers in job duties and best practices to enhance productivity and safety.
• Requisition supplies and materials needed for operations;
• Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed;
• Conduct performance reviews of supervised workers to assess and improve their performance;
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised when necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related;
- Experience: more than 5 years;
- Must be able to work under the following conditions:

• Work under pressure;
• Tight deadlines;
• Attention to detail.
