Job Details International Paper Converters Ltd. is looking for full time Forklift Operator at 293 Rayette Rd, Concord, ON L4K 2G1, Canada. There is 2 positions available.

Qualifications:
• Work in a safe manner and possess basic knowledge in health & safety regulations
• Some lifting required
• Good time management skills, punctual and reliable

Hours of work are 40 hours a week Mon-Fri (overtime pay after 44 hours). Pay is $21.00 per hour. Successful candidates must speak English. No formal education required. Experience of 6 months with warehouse environment is preferred.

Job Description Main duties are as follows but not limited to:
• Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
• Move household appliances and furniture onto and off moving trucks or vans
• Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking.
• Operate winches and other loading devices to load and unload materials onto and off trucks, railway cars and loading docks of warehouses and industrial establishments
• Operate industrial trucks, tractors, loaders and other equipment to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and loading docks and to store and retrieve materials in warehouses
• Operate equipment to dump materials such as coal, ore and grain into or to remove materials from railway cars, trucks or other vehicles
• Operate conveyors and equipment to transfer grain or other materials from transportation vehicles to elevators, bins or other storage areas
• Coordinate and facilitate all shipping and receiving of finished goods, raw material, and other miscellaneous items.
• Work in conjunction with Production personnel to maintain inventory control of finished goods for plant.
• Oversee placement of incoming trucks. Interact with Truck Drivers accordingly and provide instructions and direction to them.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
