2. Prepare and cook special meals, being able to provide and put together specialty menus for customers of all ages, while being mindful of food sensitivities.
3. Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
4. Oversee kitchen operations.
5. Maintain inventory and records of food.
6. Specialized in preparing traditional Chinese Culinary staples.
7. Maintain clean kitchen and work area.
8. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies.
