Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: $20.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:

1. Supervise and manage the daily activities of store employees, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a pleasant shopping experience.
3. Monitor stock levels, order inventory as needed, and ensure proper product placement and merchandising.
4. Track sales performance, implement strategies to meet sales targets, and provide regular reports to management.
5. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and health regulations.
