Job Description Specific Skills
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise staff scheduling and coordinate shifts to maintain adequate coverage.
• Supervise and train café staff, ensuring they follow service standards and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring the café complies with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with financial management, including tracking sales and managing cash flow.
