Currently, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our group. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be Unit 26, 5610 46 St SE Calgary AB T2C 4P9. The wage will be $26.00/hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.
Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
• Assisting clients with inquiries about services, pricing, and project timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide overall administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling general office tasks.
• Tracking project timelines and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
