Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Set sales targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and drive performance improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process of sales staff, ensuring the team is adequately staffed with qualified individuals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance the overall buying experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance and service to streamline processes and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers and team members.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services, as well as industry regulations and standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• OMVIC License
