Job Description Drywall Installer Supervisor Specific Skills:
• Supervise Joining drywall panels using tape and plaster.
• Supervise the Repairing cracks and any other damage to the drywall panels.
• Concealing any imperfections or exposed irregularities in the drywall surface.
• Layering plaster or spackle with trowels to create a flat surface.
• Sanding down rough areas on the wall to create a smooth surface.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets on walls and ceilings.
• Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs.
• Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corner
• Filling joints, holes and cracks with compound using a towel and broad knife.
• Apply drywall o walls or ceilings
• Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing
• Prepare production and other reports
