Job Details In family home, provide personal care to young physically disabled person including dressing, hygiene, transfers, repositioning, range of motion stretches, breathing exercises, help for meals and light housekeeping.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 7 months of experience as personal care worker OR the equivalent education in a personal support worker program or health care aid program. Training will also be provided.
-High-school diploma
-First Aid and CPR certification
-Physically fit to perform the work
-Non-smoker
-Up-to-date vaccination
-Recent criminal record check for vulnerable sector will be needed

Full time position paid at $700 to $735 for 5 days per week, plus 4% vacation pay.
Work location: About 40 minutes east of Ottawa
1 to 2-year contract starting April 1, 2024
