Job Description:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Leading/instructing individuals
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Drive for purchase of supplies
Job Description
Requirements
Education: Completion of secondary school OR other programs related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
A valid driver’s license (Class G) is required.
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, Point of sale system.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Overtime required.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player.
Ability to supervise: 5 – 10 people.
Language: English is required.
Salary: $22.00 hourly, 51 hours per week

Important Information: Flexibility on schedule is required. The regular work schedule will be from Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime, work on holidays and work on weekends is required.
