Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Islamic Religious Education Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering religious education programs and activities in accordance with Islamic principles and teachings. You will work closely with students, families, and community members to foster a deep understanding and appreciation of Islamic faith and practice.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum materials and lesson plans that align with Islamic teachings and values.

Teaching and Instruction: Conduct engaging and interactive classes, workshops, and educational sessions to educate students on various aspects of Islam, including Quranic studies, Islamic history, theology, and ethics.

Student Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students in their religious and spiritual development, addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges with empathy and understanding.

Community Engagement: Collaborate with community leaders, parents, and local organizations to promote religious literacy and awareness within the broader community. Organize and participate in events, outreach activities, and educational initiatives.

Cultural Competence: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse perspectives within the Islamic community. Foster an inclusive learning environment that values and celebrates cultural diversity.

Professional Development: Stay informed about developments in Islamic education, pedagogy, and best practices. Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other relevant data. Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders to provide updates on students' learning and development.
