Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate leads by outreaching to customers asking for recommendations;
Follow customers who write about competitors to pitch the products;
Research, outreach, manage contracts and build strong relationships with content creators and key influencers (ranging from YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, blogs, etc…);
Strategize, develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase conversions and sales;
Develop and implement advertising campaigns across all social media accounts including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and etc.;
Conduct analysis and surveys to identify the most successful advertising strategies;

Work with influencers, content creators and photographers to maintain a steady stream of imagery, videos, and written content;
Stay on top of new social media trends;
Work with the Email Marketing Specialist to create/execute on advertising campaigns;
Daily content development and scheduling, monitoring and engagement across social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook
Prepare progress reports on a monthly basis to adress the problem areas;
Develop, create and manage multiple SMM campaigns on different social media accounts;
Prepare digital and paper-based brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials;
Monitor manage and promote our company’s brand on social media;
Advise on video content that needs to be created as well as post and manage YouTube videos;
Manage comments on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media accounts;
Job Description Qualification:
• Secondary school Diploma;
• 1 to 2 years of Social Media Marketing experience, Online Sales experience, confirmed international work experience with multicultural clients;
• Expert knowledge of social channels, such as but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, blogs, Podcasts, LinkedIn, TikTok, Tumblr and other platforms;
• Understand SEO and how it relates to social media;
• Ability to speak effectively to a multicultural millennial audience via social media;
• Proven experience managing paid social budgets in an efficient manner on major platforms;
• Ability to demonstrate how social campaigns deliver impact to broader business and marketing objectives;
• Ability to interpret data using established analytic reporting tools;
