Position: Stock Clerks Supervisor - Retail

Wage: $21.63 to 22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for supervision of stockers to meet requirements
2. Maintain specified inventory and supply shortage
3. Maintain and monitor all appropriate reports including closing till worksheet according to standards
4. Prepare reports on merchandising, personnel matters and all kinds of issues including goods labeling, displaying, damage and lost inventory
5. Provide customer service to customers who may need assistance while setting up displays or otherwise in the front of the store
6. Organize and distribute stockers’ work schedules
7. Hire and train or arrange for training of stockers

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year or higher work experience
