COURT EXPERIENCE: Appeal, trials, hearings

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: Spreadsheet, legal software applications, MS office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows, PowerPoint

Job Description -Analyze data and prepare reports
-Analyze and interpret data
-Research legal precedents and gather evidence
-Research and retrieve archival materials
-Research records, court files and other legal documents
-Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion
-Write trial briefs
-Write and edit for legal publications
-Recommend legal action or discontinuation of service
-Assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial
-Arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings
-Schedule court trials
-Assist lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions
-Interview clients, witnesses and other related parties
-Represent clients internationally in consultation with foreign associates and attorneys
-Draft legal correspondence
-Complete legal documentation
-Co-ordinate administrative services
-Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
