Wage: $22.60/Hour, 35 hours/week

Job Description Your duties will include:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff and Automotive detailers.
• Prepare their work schedules and assign them duties.
• Make sure the cars in stock are clean, well-kept, and ready for sale.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, and complaints.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• Provide training to newly hired staff and monitor and report their performance.
• Ensure promotions, store displays, and signs are properly installed.

Job Requirements
• Must have at least one year of related work experience.
• Completion of high school is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of English.
