Education: A college diploma is required
Experience: Work experience as Executive Assistant for 1 year or more required
Areas of work experience: Telecommunications
Tasks/ Job Duties: Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures; Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports; Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings; Conduct research; Compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executive committees and board of directors; Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of actions based on meetings; Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations; Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations; Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents; Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
