Salary $18.50 per hour , 7 to 8 hours per day , 5 days a week , flexible shift schedule , 2 days flexible days off .
Work schedules are expected to be shift 7 up to 8 hours , depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early morning, afternoon and evening.

Tasks
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
