Position: Meat Cutter - retail or wholesale

Wage: $20.25 to 21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per Week

Job Duties:
1. Clean and prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry for sale
2. Cut poultry and meat into parts
3. Grind and slice meats and poultry using grinder and slicer
4. Weight, price and sell meats to customers
5. Ensure the maintenance of food storage, equipment, displays and work area
6. Maintain inventory and inspect the quality of meat
