Position: Cook

Wage: $17.00 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook food of the restaurant on the regular menu
2. Order and receive ingredients such as raw materials and dry goods
3. Record and maintain accurate inventories of food, supplies and equipment
4. Inspect and clean food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
5. Maintain utensils in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use
6. Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines

Job Description -Supervision and direction of Depot staff ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient production that meets or exceeds performance standards as set out by Regional Recycling.
-Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures for the Bottle Depot are followed, including accurate shipping and inventory documentation.
-Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and other equipment inspections and maintenance as scheduled or required, ensuring security of company assets.
-Provide excellent customer service and ability to resolve customer conflicts
-Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-Organize and distribute staff work schedules
-Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
